brick stitch beading question?
ok for background info. i’m new to beading. i’m using fireline and 11/0 toho treasure beads (round). i’m working on smoother brick stitch and i found a pattern that has several diamond shaped motifs that have to be made individually. i was just wondering. the tutorial video i learned from had me make 2 triangle halfs and thread them together. is there a way to weave the thread back through and start from the base row rather than making a separate piece and sewing it to the base row?
I have been looking for a diamond for you and no one has made one that I can find. Only triangles. I found this for you and the only thing I can think of is for you to make it and then when you get to the widest part, reverse what you had done .
