Jewelry Beading Ideas To Make

Is it disrespectful in any way if my daughter includes a Star of David charm in her hand-made jewelry to sell?
My daughter makes and sells her own jewelry to fund a trip abroad next year, and there are many Jewish kids in her school. We were tossing around ideas for new designs and we wondered about the Star of David and if it would be disrespectful to the Jewish faith to make simple, beaded jewelry including the star.
