Does any one know where I can find FREE peyote stitch beaded banners?

No, but I do know how you can find one. Find the name of the company that makes or sells the beads you’d be using. Go to their website and look for patterns.
Alternatively, go to Google or Dogpile and type “pattern beaded banner peyote stitch free” into the search box when it comes up.
As a last resort, of course, could you use graph paper and draw your own?
