How should I do my hair and makeup?
Ok this isin’t exactly my dress but its REALLY similar…

The only diference is my dress has a ribon that hangs down right under the brouch…and a few vertical ruffles… anyway..
I have the same color shoes, and a necklace that has raw dark blue stones and silver beads that are seperated by simple black thread (cheap, actually free) I have goldem blond hair but its REALLY dark (almost black) underneath and I have a kind’of golden tan (working on that now)
How should i do my hair and make up? Seriously considering this look (not so dark on the eyes of course)

I would use a black out line on your eye and mascara and a very light blue eye shadow and nice light brush of light pink of blush and glossy lipgloss maybe darker than the blush and your hair tied up in a curled bun
