Beading Wrapped Loop

Question about beading, sort of?
I am making a necklace that uses eye pins similar to the ones in the link below (random link showing something similar)
http://www.rubbernation.com/servlet/the-4003/Bright-Silver-Plated-Brass/Detail
I am cutting them, putting a couple beads on them, making a loop on the other end so that it can be connected to something else on both sides.
How do I make nice loops/eyes? I have rounded needle nose that I have been wrapping it around, but its exceedingly difficult to get a nice shape that is also centered.
I assume there must be something I can purchase to assist me in this, but am unsure what that would be called.
Thanks
any techniques in addition to tools i can purchase would be awesome as well
I will try to find some instructions for this. what you do is make a loop on both sides, and wrap the excess wire from the loop around the pin. I thought I had the instructions, but, I deleted them. Will be back if I find them.
Closed secure loops with wire is what it is called, and here is a website with pictures: www.jewelrymaking-beads-library.com/jewelry-chains.html -
go to the site, click on how to, go down that page to Wire jewelry, and it is listed there.
