Beading With Leather Cord

Otzi , The Iceman Of The Alps?
I understand that he used
a longbow made of yew
a chamois hide quiver
fourteen arrows (only two finished)
a copper ax
a flint-bladed dagger with a woven sheath
a tool for sharpening (retouching) flint
a larch wood frame and cords of a backpack (pannier)
ibex bones
two birch-bark cylinders
a calf leather belt pouch
a tassel made with a white marble bead and twisted hide strips
two pieces of birch fungus (each threaded with hide strips)
but what did he use those for ,
or if he used an other tools
what did he use them for?
you grew up in the city, didn’t you?
bow, quiver, arrows – for hunting
ax – for cutting trees (to build shelter, make tools, firewood)
knife – for cutting food and strings
backpack to carry back the meat that he hunted
cylinders are for gathering berries or herbs
tassel was the belt to keep his pants up
fungus was medicine.
flint to make fire
pouch to carry said fungus and flint
I bet 5000 years from now somebody will ponder the content of your purse with equal amazement.
