Where did this skirt come from?

Ran across a nice long black skirt with beading on the bottom. Very pretty. Problem is I can’t remember where I got it. Still has price (pricey) tag on it. The only identification is a blue label that reads Spool. 100% rayon, made is USA. Recognize it?
