Beading Stretch Cord

How can I make a beaded skull cap?
I would like to make some caps comprised totally of beads (and whatever cord I use). What I don’t understand is how to run the cords, and run them in such a way to where there will be very few knots.
I tried looking online for patterns or instructions, but all I can find are links to knitted or crocheted caps which have some beads added.
What I am making is to be comprised totally of beads and either stretch cord or mono-filament line, with the cord being completely hidden. I just don’t know how to run the lines and where all I will need to crisscross. I do know how to hide the knots in the 6-8 mm beads.
So any tips, patterns, or instructions will be helpful. Links are okay only if they are directly to pages which offer help on this.
It is quite difficult to get pattern or instruction for beads skull cap, just try using nylon cord (the fish cords) the size that suit your beads, make beads loop, and run alternately in and out, it might not hide cords completely, since it is nylon not easy to notice. I hope you understand. Good luck
