looking for a cylinder toy?

I’m not sure if it was even a toy. When I was about 7 my grandfather gave me this cylinder container it had a black top and bottom with a spiral in the middle. There was a type of liquid in the container. You picked the container up and turned it over some bubbles would rise to the top and out from the top would start coming out black beads of another type of liquid (maybe an oil?) and the beads would slide down the spiral and collect in the bottom. I’m wondering what it was and where I could possibly find one.
