Beading Software Download

I downloaded the fuse bead design software but I cannot get it to work. Anybody have a clue?
I cannot get the image converted to work. First of all it will not read any images that are ppm. files. It tells me its not a recognizable file. Even if it is telling me its a ppm file. Also I cant get my computer to read the PAL file that came with the download. What program do I need to use to read the PAL file. Please give any suggestion or help.
I have been trying to import images to this program to make fuse bead patterns and nothing has been working?
OR
Does anybody know a site where I can get new pattern ideas for fuse beads, perler beads or Hama beads. I am running out of ideas
