little black dress to a wedding, accessorise help!?

I just bought a black dress for a wedding next week (Ireland so not too warm yet!). It goes to just above the knee, ties around the waist and is strappy. I have short green beaded necklace and earrings to maybe wear with BUT, advice pls! I am quite pale (red head), what should I wear on my legs!!! Dark tights? patterned? nude? Probably will be wearing black strappy sandals. Have not decided re a wrap to wear with it either, any help appreciated, pix too would great THANX!!!
I do not think black is inappropriate for weddings anymore. The last few I attended had quite a few dark outfits and looked nice

I think nude tights to soften the look but still keep warm ( I sympathise with weather – I live in Scotland!) What about a green pashmina to match your jewellery or a silver/grey metallic wrap might look nice too and also be quite glam – remember your brolly too x have fun x
