Cheapest places to find summer theme party items?

I am planning a summer/ luau theme party where can i find the cheapest stuff like shot glasses/ martini cups, it’s for teenagers so it’s not real drinks in there so just looking for some cheap stuff also the little umbrellas for the drinks, the plastic Hawaiian necklaces or beaded necklaces?

Look up Oriental Traders or Oriental tradepost. they have all kinds of cheap party stuff.
