How to use payote stitch together with loom stitch?

In my work there is an Indian Dencer, a young girl who is dancing in the street and there is a wall behind her. So, I want to make the wall in payote and the dancer in loom stitches, but I dont know how to connect this two types of stitches and I dont know how to use different size of seed beads in the same work.
