Can someone give me simple instructions on how to make friendship bracelets?

My cousin and I want to make friendship bracelets and we found some pictures of really cool ones but there were no instructions. We searched on the internet for how to make them but the instructions were complicated. There was a lot about different types of knots too, so it would be helpful to explain the knots needed. The only materials we have is embroidery floss and some beads but we can get other supplies if needed. Here is a list of ones we wanted to know how to make:
